Key Points about the property that we were drawn to:
When we bought the property we were drawn to the open floor plan with a beautiful wetland view from the deck. The property and grounds were well maintained and groomed. Every level is fully finished with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a walk-out lower level. Close proximity to shopping and entertainment.
What we love about the area our home is in:
The things I love about Otsego are that it’s a quiet community but close to shopping at the Albertville Outlet Mall, grocery shopping at the newly redesigned Coborn’s Marketplace and plenty of great restaurants like the upscale Pour Wine Bar and Rockwoods. Riverwood Golf Course is right up the road that also offers The Vintage, a fun 9 hole course to bring the kids for “big cup” golf. There’s always something going on in the town most weekends. Kramer’s Toy and Hobby brings in the best Santa every year at Christmas. The STMA Annual Craft fair is a 10 minute drive and brings people in from all around the state, it’s huge! Really, everything you could possibly need is within a 10 minute drive, including a Wellness Center, Snap Fitness, Anytime Fitness Health Club with Infit group work out classes. Stellis Health Clinic, Dentists, Chiropractic offices are all within a 5-10 minute drive up County Road 19.
Favorite Restaurants and shops in the area:
11145 76th Lane NE is close to many great restaurants, ranging from Fast Food to Upscale dining. Some of our personal favorites are Main Street Farmer about 10 minutes south on 19 in downtown St. Michael that offers delicious farm to table organic food. Pour Wine Bar would compete with any Uptown Minneapolis restaurant with an amazing menu. If you’re in the mood for fun, Boondox Sports bar has delicious food, live music on the weekends and a large outdoor patio with volleyball, bags, horseshoes and a hockey rink in the winter. Cowboy Jacks, Neighbors Sports Bar, 152 Club, Willy McCoys and Geez all offer great food and fun atmosphere to hang out and meet your neighbors. We also have fast food options very close from Subway, Burger King, Five Guys, Culvers and Taco Bell.
